What to write about
- Bugs — a link that failed, or a transcript that came out badly. If you can, include the Instagram link you used and what you expected.
- Questions — anything about how the tool works, or about the privacy policy.
- Feedback — features you would actually use, and things that got in your way.
- Takedown and rights requests — if you own a video and want it excluded, say so and include the link.
What to expect
This is a small, independently run project, so replies are not instant. Every message is read. Bug reports with a concrete example get looked at first.
What this address is not for
Please do not send requests to transcribe private accounts. The tool only works with public Instagram links, and that is not something that can be worked around by asking.
